Due to the current global and national circumstances, we are doing our best to remain open. To achieve this, we are continuously adapting our business to meet new statewide guidelines of operation. With this, we have seen major changes to our shipping process. Below we have answered some of the most common questions, but should you have more, please feel free to contact us via phone or email!

How long will shipping take?

All orders placed by 12PM, Monday-Saturday will receive same or next day shipping at the latest. From the day your order is placed, you will receive a order confirmation email. Then when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number email, and then the shipping be the expected 1-2 days in the ABQ area and 1-3 anywhere else in the United States from the day you received tracking. The confirmation is essentially a receipt for you of proof of purchase. The shipping tracking email is essentially the confirmation that we have shipped your order. 

How can I track my order?

Tracking details are emailed to the email you used to create your account when placing the order in the contact information. This tracking number can be searched on USPS package tracker. Usually in the ABQ area, it will take 1 day from the time the package is sent. Anywhere else in the United States it can take 1-3 days.
